Visit ourproduct page, select the pack size that fits your home (single, 2-pack, 4-pack, or 8-pack), and click "Buy Now" Checkout takes about 60 seconds. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
AirGuard is available as a single unit, 2-pack, 4-pack, or 8-pack. Multi-packs include significant savings — up to 57% off per unit on the 8-pack. We recommend at least one per floor plus one near any gas appliance.
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations need to be requested within 4 hours of placing your order. Email us atsupport@primo-goods.com with your order number and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Orders ship within 1–3 business days from our international warehouse. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is included on all U.S. orders.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order anytime at primo-goods.com using the "Track your order" link in the footer.
Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to Canada and select international markets. Sign up for our mailing list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
First, check your tracking link — packages occasionally show as delivered before they arrive. If it's been more than 10 business days, or if tracking shows an issue, email us at support@primo-goods.com and we'll resolve it immediately. We'll either reship or refund — your choice.
Setting up your AirGuard.
Installation, understanding your readings, and getting the most out of your detector.
Plug it into any standard wall outlet at eye level. That's it. No tools, no ladder, no hardwiring. The display will turn on within 30 seconds and begin showing real-time readings. We recommend placing it near bedrooms, near gas appliances, or in any room where your family spends the most time.
Place AirGuard at breathing height (3–5 feet off the ground) — not on the ceiling or near the floor. Best locations include hallways near bedrooms, near gas water heaters or furnaces, in the kitchen near a gas stove, and in any room with a gas appliance. If you have a multi-pack, put one on every floor.
Yes — and we strongly recommend it. AirGuard plugs into any standard outlet, making it perfect for travel. Many of our customers keep a dedicated unit in their suitcase or RV. For RVs, mount it at breathing height near where you sleep — not on the floor like most factory detectors.
No. AirGuard is powered directly from the wall outlet. No batteries to replace, no batteries to die. As long as it's plugged in, it's monitoring. If you lose power, the unit will restart automatically when power returns.
AirGuard displays four readings: CO (carbon monoxide in PPM), GAS (natural gas / propane in %LEL), temperature, and humidity. For CO, 0 PPM means your air is clean. Anything above 0 means carbon monoxide is present and you should investigate the source.
Don't panic — a low reading (1–19 PPM) can sometimes occur from normal cooking, nearby traffic, or a recently used fireplace. Open windows and ventilate the area. If the reading doesn't return to <10 within 15–30 minutes, or if it continues to climb, leave the house and call your gas company or an HVAC technician. If it's above 20 PPM and climbing, get everyone out immediately.
AirGuard uses an electrochemical CO sensor — the same sensor technology used in professional-grade equipment. It's accurate to ±3 PPM for carbon monoxide. The unit also runs an automatic self-test cycle to confirm the sensor is functioning, so you're never relying on a sensor that has silently expired.
First, try a different outlet to rule out a power issue. AirGuard takes about 30 seconds to boot up after being plugged in. If the display remains blank after 60 seconds in a known-working outlet, contact us for a free replacement under our lifetime warranty.
A short chirp every 30–60 seconds typically indicates a sensor fault — not a CO detection. Unplug the unit, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in. If the chirping continues, the sensor may need recalibration. Contact us and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
The electrochemical sensor in AirGuard is rated for 3-5 years of continuous use. Unlike standard detectors, AirGuard runs a periodic self-test and will alert you on-screen if the sensor needs replacement — so you'll never be in a situation where the sensor has died but the light is still green.

No. Any safe packaging works. Just make sure the unit is protected during shipping. We're not going to reject a return because the box got recycled.
Every AirGuard is covered for life against manufacturing defects, sensor failure, and hardware malfunction. If your unit doesn't work, we replace it — no receipts required after year one. Just email us a photo of the issue and your order email address.
Email support@primo-goods.com with a brief description and photo. We'll confirm the claim (usually within a few hours) and ship a replacement. No need to send the old unit back first — we ship the new one immediately.
