    problem

How It Works

Sentivo Detector™ uses an electrochemical sensor that measures carbon monoxide in the air continuously, and shows you the result live on the screen.

  1. Plug it in. Any standard outlet. On first use, leave it running for 24 hours so the sensor is
    fully ready.
  2. Watch the number. The screen shows the live CO level from zero, plus gas, temperature and humidity.
  3. Know at a glance:
    • 🟢 Green: the air is safe
    • 🟡 Yellow: CO or gas is rising, time to check and ventilate
    • 🔴 Red: danger level, loud alarm; get everyone outside

What the readings mean

  • CO (PPM): the amount of carbon monoxide in your air. Zero means clean air, and the higher the number, the more CO is present. Sentivo Detector™ alarms at 50 PPM, before levels turn dangerous.
  • Gas: natural gas or propane, shown as a color bar. Green means no leak. Yellow means gas is building up. Red means danger: get everyone outside and call your gas company.
  • Temperature: the temperature in the room, in °F or °C.
  • Humidity: the moisture level in your home, shown as a percentage. Between 30 and 50% is ideal for comfortable, healthy air.

Four readings. One screen. Real numbers. No guessing.

How Many Do I Need?

One per floor, plus one outside the bedrooms.

Carbon monoxide builds up near its source, like the furnace, water heater, gas stove or garage. Each detector reads the air in the area where it's plugged in. One is a good start for a single room or a studio, adding more covers each floor and sleeping area.

Honest Detection & Safety

We'd rather you know exactly what Sentivo Detector™ does, and what it doesn't.

What it detects

  • Carbon monoxide (CO)
  • Natural gas and propane
  • Temperature and humidity

What it doesn't detect

  • Smoke, radon or carbon dioxide (CO₂)

Avoiding false readings

  • The sensor can react to strong fumes like paint, solvents, alcohol, ammonia and some cleaning products. Keep it away from them.
  • Don't place it in direct sunlight, in bathrooms, or right next to the stove.
  • While it's charging, temperature and humidity can read a few degrees high. This is
    normal.

"I Saw 47 PPM. My Old Detector? Silent."

"We had a 'working' detector for 6 years. Green light. Beeped when I tested it. Then I got Sentivo™ just to double-check. First night: 47 PPM in my son's bedroom. My old detector? Still glowing green. Still silent. I unplugged it and threw it in the trash. Sentivo™ probably saved my son's life."

“Grandmas House is Safe Again!”

"When my daughter drops the grandbabies off for the weekend, I can honestly say to myself, 'They are completely safe here.' I am the matriarch — it's my job to provide a safe haven. Sentivo™ gave me back that peace of mind. Grandma's house is officially the safest place on earth again."

"I Sent One to My Parents"

"I bought one for our house and sent two to my parents. Mom is 74 and lives alone. Her old detector was 12 years old — the sensor was dead but the green light was still on. Now I don't lie awake at 2 AM wondering if she's okay. Best decision I ever made."

The Silent Killer

Don't Become Another Headline

Every winter, it starts the same way:

  • The furnace runs a little harder
  • A space heater gets switched on
  • A generator runs during a power outage

Carbon monoxide fills the house. No smell. No color. And the ceiling alarm stays silent.

The first signs (headaches, nausea, feeling tired) feel just like the flu. So people go to bed instead of getting out.

Sentivo Detector™ shows you the CO level as a live number on its screen, so you see a problem building while it’s still just a number, not an emergency.

The Firefighter’s Approach

See What Firefighters See

When firefighters respond to a CO call, they don’t rely on a beep. They walk in with a meter that shows the actual CO level, room by room, because the number tells them where the danger is and how bad it’s getting.

Your ceiling alarm only tells you when it’s already bad. A live number tells you before it gets there.

  • A live CO reading, the way professionals check the air
  • See the level rising long before a standard alarm sounds
  • Gas, temperature and humidity on the same screen

Sentivo Detector™ puts that live reading on your wall, 24/7, so you always know what’s in the air your family breathes.

built different

built to protect. backed for life.

Most cheap detectors are unbranded factory parts with a sensor nobody can vouch
for. Sentivo Detector™ is built with a lab-grade sensor and safety-tested
components, because it's watching over your family.

Lab-Grade Sensor

An electrochemical CO sensor that reads the air continuously, down to the very first
trace. Rated for 10 years of service.

Flame-Retardant Build

The housing is made from flame-retardant material, so it holds up in the places CO
comes from: garages, basements and boiler rooms.

Works Through Blackouts

A built-in rechargeable battery keeps it running when the power goes out, right when generators and space heaters come on and CO risk is highest.

Lifetime Warranty

Covered for as long as you own it, on top of a 100-night money-back trial. If it's not right, we make it right.

got questions? we got you covered!

Everything you need to know before protecting your family.

How is this different from the detector I already own?

A standard CO alarm shows a green light and stays silent until levels reach around 70 PPM, sometimes for hours. Sentivo Detector™ shows you the actual CO level, live, from zero, so you see a problem building long before a standard alarm would make a sound. It also detects natural gas and propane leaks. Keep your existing alarm; Sentivo adds the early warning it can't give you.

How many do I need?

One per floor, plus one in or right outside the bedrooms. For a typical two-story home with a basement, that's 4: one in the basement by the furnace and water heater, one on the main floor, and one outside the bedrooms, plus one near an attached garage or gas appliance. Every room with a furnace, water heater or gas stove is a CO source, so the more of them you cover, the earlier you'll know.

Where do I put it? What height?

Plug it into any standard outlet. Outlet height is fine, because CO mixes evenly with the air. Keep it a few feet away from the stove and fireplace, and out of bathrooms and direct sunlight. The screen flips 180°, so it reads right-side up in any outlet.

Does it detect gas leaks too?

Yes. It picks up natural gas (methane) and propane (butane) and shows them on the same screen as CO. For propane, switch it to high-sensitivity mode by holding the top button.

What happens if the power goes out?

It keeps running on its built-in rechargeable battery. That matters, because power outages are when people run generators and space heaters, and CO poisonings spike. It recharges automatically when the power comes back.

Will it go off when I cook?

Normal cooking won't set it off. It reads carbon monoxide and gas, not smoke or steam. Just keep it a few feet from the stove. Very strong fumes like paint, solvents or cleaning sprays can affect the sensor, so keep it away from those too.

How do I know it's working?

You can see it working: the live number is on the screen every day. You can also run a self-test anytime by pressing the self-test button while it's plugged in. Or test it for real: hold an unlit lighter near the vent in high-sensitivity mode, and the screen turns red within seconds.

Can I use it in a rental or RV?

Yes. There’s nothing to install, so you can take it with you. Just unplug it, pack it, and plug it into any standard outlet when you arrive. That makes it perfect for rentals, hotels, cabins and RVs with shore power.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Try it for 100 nights. If you're not happy for any reason, send it back for a full refund, and we'll cover return shipping. After that, it's covered by our lifetime warranty. Reach us anytime at support@primo-goods.com or +1 (888) 798-8029, 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
